Emotional Freedom Techniques by Sangeeta Bhagwat

July asserts me to new beginnings – I just returned from Dr.Newton’s “Radiant Relationships” workshop in Bangalore last weekend and it gave me an understanding of the Seven Essene Relationship Mirrors which I am integrating and putting into practice.

One of the ways I am now breaking into more self-love is by learning to let go of the old ways of doing things. What majorly came up for me, a truth I was not facing earlier, is that my self-love demands me to break free of my own limitations related to my job.

Letting go is an emotional process for me. And hence, I am relying on EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique. I had learnt this from Nithya Shanti and apply it from time to time with myself and my clients.

We are all in a process of a lot of change and this can make us very emotional. Signs are that your mind is constantly chattering about what you don’t want in life, getting frustrated at little things, wanting seclusion and feeling a general sense of withdrawal – all of these are signs that your soul is asking you for change and it is time for you to show up for yourself.

I am making this process easy by practicing this beautiful EFT script written by Sangeeta Bhagwat, author of the book, “Emotional Freedom Techniques” to find personal freedom –
